Do you sometimes feel like you’ve lost your way? Stuck, worn out, worried about the future?
Perhaps life has taken an unexpected turn – work is getting you down, you're facing fertility, pregnancy or parenting challenges, relationships aren’t working out, you’re going through a rough patch. Adapting to even positive changes can be stressful, and when life changes are unwanted we can feel anxious, despairing, and lose our confidence.
Or perhaps you’ve achieved what you wanted but are still unhappy and want to make sense of what you're feeling and what to do next?
I offer the rare freedom to say whatever comes to mind, helping you to look at underlying, perhaps unconscious thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be holding you back. Together we will explore in a safe and supportive space, what's happening now, what's happened in the past, and how to move forward with hope.
About Me
My priority is to build a relationship with you where you feel safe, seen and truly heard. I am psychodynamically trained which means that sometimes people come to work through concerns that seem to linger even after successful CBT or DBT - to get to the root of what's going on, deepen self-understanding and change patterns that make them unhappy.
I split my time between seeing individual clients in private practice and for a charity, running training programmes and working with companies to help their teams thrive. I have a particular interest in burnout and work issues, having worked extensively in the corporate sector for over 25 years, and also challenges in fertility, pregnancy and parenthood.
Clients typically come from West London: Ealing, Acton, Chiswick, Ravenscourt Park, Kew and Richmond, but by working online I can see adults from across the UK.
